It's just a formality, but quite important.
At its meeting on 6 March, the Board of Trustees decided to get rid of the Foundation's overly complicated name, which, moreover, did not quite correspond to our intention and stated goal. Therefore, a new name was registered: the Mehrin Endowment Fund.
The Foundation's identification number remains the same and guarantees the legal continuity of all contracts or memoranda concluded to date.
We've already posted the amended Articles of Incorporation and the Foundation's Articles of Incorporation in the Documents link here on the website... and we're following the new name to continue our work.
